Welcome to Laflèche Bakehouse. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before submitting your order inquiry.

Ordering

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting an order form does not guarantee your order date until confirmation has been provided by Laflèche Bakehouse.

Pricing

All prices listed on the website are starting prices only and may vary depending on design complexity, size, flavours, fillings, customizations, and additional details requested.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your order date. Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. Final payment must be completed before pickup or delivery unless otherwise discussed.

Custom Design

Laflèche Bakehouse works closely with inspiration photos and customer requests while still maintaining creative freedom. Exact replicas of another baker’s work cannot be guaranteed.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While accommodations may be discussed, Laflèche Bakehouse cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information. Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Laflèche Bakehouse is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, or storage.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for completed custom orders. In the unlikely event of an issue with your order, concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Product Care

Cakes and desserts should be stored appropriately and kept refrigerated when necessary. Detailed care instructions may be provided upon pickup.
